4. Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and financial record-keeping.
5. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
6. Arrangement and Periodic management of Supplier Contracts.
Accounts Duties:
1. Help with invoicing and billing processes, including tracking payments and expenses.
2. Prepare reports related to travel budgets and expenditures.
3. Accurately enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
4. Liaise with vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment statuses.
