Job Descriptions
•Oversee and support the Logistics or Marketing/Sales Logistics team, including freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, import/export documentation, and customs clearance.
•Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across all logistics services.
•Coordinate with the Logistics or Marketing/Sales Logistics and operations teams for business development.
•Assist the Logistics or Marketing/Sales Logistics in managing customer relationships and Logistics or Marketing/Sales Logistics activities.
•Conducted Logistics or Marketing/Sales Logistics analysis, identified business problems, and proposed solutions.
•Collaborate with various internal departments to support customer needs, resolve issues, and implement solutions effectively.
•Interpret or Facilitate communication among Chinese, English, and Thai.
•Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Any gender Age 26-35 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Chinese, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Marketing/Sales Coordinator, in Business Development, or Customer Service within the logistics or automotive industry.
- Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, procurement, and warehousing.
- Proficiency in Chinese (HSK4 or above).
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, target-oriented, and customer service-oriented.
- Having experience of at least 3 years in Marketing/Sales (Chinese Speaking) in the logistics field is preferable.
