Job Descriptions
Job Descriptions: 1. Control construction work to be in accordance with the assigned work plan and in accordance with the sequence of structural work. 2. Coordinate with relevant agencies to solve problems on site to be completed on schedule. 3. Control and inspect the use of materials by the contractor to be in accordance with the specified details and quantities. 4. Attend meetings to inform the progress of the work to the supervisor and relevant persons. 5. Check and follow up on the work of the contractor to be in accordance with the correct procedures. 6. Report the progress of the work according to the assigned construction plan. 7. Have knowledge and understanding of interior decoration work, both in terms of materials and production and installation techniques 8. Control the work and prepare safety documents. 9. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. 10. Preparing cost plan, and cost estimates to establish a project budget 11. Preparing bill of quantity, value engineering 12. can work on weekend and holiday / work on another province 13. deliver the project on time 14. QS ( making BOQ)
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electric or Electric-mechanic or Interior Design or related fields
  2. Having background from Interior fitting-out contractor
  3. Understanding in Interior & M&E Construction Drawing
  4. Ability to managing tight schedule project/ Report to All Related Parties
  5. Contact with Subcontractor, Building Management, and/or Related Parties
  6. Have an Own car
  7. Speaking English to work
