Job Descriptions

-Reviews 3D designs, engineering drawings, models, and/or samples for CNC machining operation. -Creates CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam) to support Multi-Axial lathes and 5-Axis milling machines. -Design and create custom tooling and fixtures for machining and assembly. -Generate programs, tooling lists, cutting parameters, jigs & fixtures, run simulations and tests. -Creates work instructions, setup-sheets, geometric data for machinists to follow. -Communicates with Leaders and machinist who will use the programs. -Contribute in training & development for CNC department personnel. -Makes improvements to set up process, improve efficiency and output - reduce setup time, reduce setup scrap. -Monitors all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task. -Follow up corrective actions on Quality Issues, Process & Design functions. -Review & design machining process to ensure optimal cycle time and eliminate waste. Work with production team and quality team to ensure all customer on time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent career development experience in related fields.
English Proficiency: able to communicate using English language at a technical level.
Proficient in CAD/CAM software, preferably Mastercam and SolidWorks.
