- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce SHE policies; ensure adherence to regulations (e.g., OSHA). - Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular site safety and environmental inspections, addressing non-compliance issues. - Training: Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions. - Incident Management: Investigate accidents and near-misses, proposing corrective actions. - Emergency Planning: Develop site-specific emergency response plans; conduct drills. - Environmental Oversight: Monitor site for waste, pollution, and environmental impact. - Reporting: Maintain accurate SHE documentation and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related.
Key Skills: Strong knowledge of SHE practices, risk management, leadership, and communication.
