Responsibilities: •Stock Inventory Management: Oversee the overall management and tracking of stock inventory. This includes ensuring that stock levels are accurately recorded and managed to meet demand without overstocking or running out of products. •Accuracy Control of Stock: Ensure the accuracy of stock records. This involves verifying that the recorded stock levels match the actual physical stock available, and addressing any discrepancies that arise. •Accuracy Control of Stock Locations: Ensure that the stock is correctly located and recorded in its designated storage locations. This involves verifying that the physical placement of items matches the recorded location data in the inventory system. •Good Receiver Gain Inbound: Manage and oversee the process of receiving goods into inventory. This includes ensuring that received items are properly recorded and matched against purchase orders to confirm that the correct goods and quantities have been received. •QC Reduction of Unprocessed Inventory: Conduct quality control checks to reduce the amount of inventory that has not yet been entered into the system. This ensures that items are promptly and accurately recorded in the inventory system to maintain accurate stock levels. •QC Claim, Bonny Bonus, Chartphet: Handle quality control claims and issues related to stock discrepancies, bonus claims, and other related processes. This includes investigating and resolving any problems related to stock quality or discrepancies. •Accuracy Control of Offline Stock Records: Ensure the accuracy of stock records that are maintained offline (i.e., not in the computerized inventory system). This involves regular checks and reconciliation of offline records with actual physical stock. •Accuracy Control of Offline Stock Locations: Verify the correctness of stock location data that is maintained offline. This includes ensuring that physical stock locations align with the offline records and addressing any inconsistencies.
