Job Descriptions
• Negotiating with suppliers on points eg., price, schedule, quantity and packaging
• Order and forecast products to prevent shortages or old stock.
• Calculate the cost for each shipment and new product.
• Coordinate with the factory regarding orders/delivery/products/after-sales service/marketing documents.
• Contacting to order products and claim products with suppliers abroad according to the product spec that the company needs
• Evaluating and selecting reliable quality suppliers.
• Assist all departments with product issues/requirements.
• Update delivery/out of stock/stock reports.
• Be attentive to details, work on many things at the same time. and can work under pressure
• Must be good at Excel.
• Document translation work.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in in Chinese language or related field.
- Be responsible in own duties.
- Can use Chinese/Eng at a good level.
- Always strive to learn new things.
- Be careful and detailed.
