Job Title: Guest Service Agent Location: Khao Sok, Surat Thani About Us: Mitrawana Limited is a leader in sustainable real estate development, operating three unique brands: THANYAMUNDRA Organic Farm, THANYAMUNDRA Organic Resort, and THANYAWANA. We pride ourselves on creating premium accommodations and experiences that promote eco-friendly tourism in the heart of Khao Sok’s ancient rainforest. Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience that reflects our commitment to sustainable hospitality. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. - Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently while ensuring all guest needs are met. - Provide detailed information about the resort’s services, local attractions, and activities. Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. - Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. - Assist in booking reservations and making arrangements for activities, tours, and special requests. - Maintain knowledge of resort facilities, sustainability practices, and promotions to offer tailored recommendations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a guest-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
A passion for sustainable tourism and hospitality is highly desirable.
