Job Descriptions
• วางแผน, ดูแลเอกสารและกระบวนการทำงานต่างๆของ customer service
• ทำงานเอกสารด้าน import-export เช่น D/O, Book vessel space, Submit SI, VGM on carriers' system
• จัดการดูแลงานด้าน Checking HB/L-MB/L
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ เช่น Sales, Shipping, Transportation
• รับเรื่องร้องเรียนกรณี billing เกิดปัญหา
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายธุรกิจ Freight หรือ Logistics
- เคยทำเอกสาร Customs clearance
- มีความคล่องแคล่วในการประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ
- สามารถส่งรับอีเมลล์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้
