Our client is an innovative leader offering high-tech solutions for sheet metal fabrication machinery. ***************************** RESUME : ENGLISH ONLY !!! *********************************** Job responsibility: •Coordinate with 3rd party warehouse for inbound and outbound shipment. •Manage shipping order schedule and track progress of each order to ensure on-time delivery i.e. spare parts and machine. •Goods Receipt in local ERP. •Manage Messenger schedule. •Manage safety stock level. •Inventory stock check with warehouse. •Manage Inventory discrepancy and scrapping. •Inventory adjustment in ERP. •Assist to return machine spare parts •Monthly Reports i.e. inventory •Import custom clearance for spare parts and machine. •Cooperate with mover for machine delivery and relocation. •Coordinate with other departments for a smooth workflow and operation. •Any other task assigned by Manager working on Monday to Friday: 8.30-17.30 Welfare: - Fix Bonus 1 Month - Variable Bonus (depend on company performance) - Provident fund - IPD/OPD - Dental Allowance - Medical annual check up - Annual leave 12 days/year

Qualifications

25-30 years old, Thai only
Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or related field.
At least 1-3 yrs experience of Warehouse &Logistic or Sale Coordinator, Sale admin from Trading, Freight forwarder or Logistic industry is a must
Strong background in MS Office
Experience of SAP program is a plus
Able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
Strong work commitment, can work under pressure and detail oriented
Able to work 5 days/week near Motorway ladkrabang-suvarnabhumi rd.,
