Job Descriptions

o Ensure that all engine assembly processes meet defined quality standards. o Assist in the preparation and updating of control plans for engine assembly, tightening tools, measurement instruments, and machining processes. o Conduct audits on assembly processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards. o Perform statistical analysis and monitor department performance, identifying opportunities for quality improvement. o Analyze workstations and collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team to optimize layout, tools, and instruments. o Improve work instructions, cycle sheets, and other production documents. o Set quality checkpoints along the production process and ensure proper implementation by the staff. o Support the supervisor and production staff in troubleshooting product-related issues. o Set up tests to analyze assembly and functionality problems. o Manage information flow to inform relevant personnel about quality issues. o Ensure the proper management of quality documentation, including preparation, updates, and communication. o Write technical reports, record statistical information, and analyze data for distribution. o Participate in project work and contribute to the development of new or modified procedures.

Qualifications

A bachelor's or diploma a related field.
Able to use sampling quality inspection methods and basic dimensional measurement instruments.
Able to use Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
Knowledge of technical drawings.
Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), 8D methodology, Kaizen lean, and/or Six Sigma is a plus.
Willingness to travel abroad if necessary.
