Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
Materials Management: Manage material codes and inventory in the MMS system, ensuring compliance with HACCP and FSSAI standards for food and beverage storage.
Inventory Control: Process requisitions promptly, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with chefs to manage obsolete and slow-moving materials.
Financial Reporting: Prepare cash flow statements, conduct month-end closing procedures, and ensure compliance with Thai laws. Analyze financial statements and manage vendor payments.
Vendor Relations: Develop ethical relationships with vendors and identify alternative sources for critical supplies.
Customer Service: Demonstrate flexibility to meet internal and external customer needs.
Housekeeping: Implement deep cleaning and pest control schedules to maintain hygiene standards.
Additional Duties: Participate in departmental meetings, support audits, and adapt to operational changes as needed.
