Job Descriptions
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Project Management:**
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of logistics projects, from concept to completion.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks to maintain schedules and budgets.
- Ensure the implementation of new logistics solutions meets client expectations and operational standards.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance.
2. **Business Operations & Implementation:**
- Oversee the project daily operations of logistics services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivery.
- Develop and implement operational processes that streamline logistics activities, including warehousing, shipping, and distribution.
- Optimize supply chain workflows and identify areas for operational improvement to enhance service delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and industry regulations within logistics operations.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by reviewing operational performance and implementing feedback
3.**Logistics Solutions Development:**
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement tailored logistics solutions for clients.
- Stay informed on the latest logistics technologies and trends, integrating innovative solutions into company offerings.
- Work closely with technology teams to implement and manage logistics software and automation tools that improve service efficiency.
- Evaluate the performance of logistics solutions and adjust strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, project management, and operations in logistics or supply chain sectors
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex logistics challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
