Job Descriptions
Regist the new customer information in ERP system
Make and send quotation to customer
1.2.1 Create BOM
1.2.2 Create Quotation
Receive and develop the new product as customer's request
1.3.1 Issue Sample Order
Receive and negociate the order, material, delivery date with customer
1.4.1 Issue Sale Order
Follow up material from customer (customer supply)
Create, Update and Issue Master, SKU in ERP system
Respone the daily email
Communicate between customer and production
Solve and find the best way to meet customer's satisity
Follow up sample and order
Printing the label for package
Gather and make a monthly invoice to management
Update the order status in production
ลงทะเบียนข้อมูลลูกค้าใหม่ในระบบ ERP
จัดทำและส่งใบเสนอราคาให้ลูกค้า
1.2.1 สร้าง BOM
1.2.2 สร้างใบเสนอราคา
รับและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ตามคำขอของลูกค้า
1.3.1 ออกใบสั่งซื้อตัวอย่าง
รับและเจรจาเกี่ยวกับใบสั่งซื้อ วัสดุ และวันที่จัดส่งกับลูกค้า
1.4.1 ออกใบสั่งซื้อ
ติดตามวัสดุจากลูกค้า (ฝ่ายจัดหาลูกค้า)
สร้าง อัปเดต และออก SKU ในระบบ ERP
ตอบอีเมลรายวัน
ติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างลูกค้าและฝ่ายผลิต
แก้ปัญหาและค้นหาวิธีที่ดีที่สุดเพื่อตอบสนองความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
ติดตามตัวอย่างและใบสั่งซื้อ
พิมพ์ฉลากสำหรับบรรจุภัณฑ์
รวบรวมและออกใบแจ้งหนี้รายเดือนให้กับฝ่ายบริหาร
อัปเดตสถานะใบสั่งซื้อในฝ่ายผลิต
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง-เพศชาย
- อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
- มีความรับผิดชอบงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Word, Excel เป็นอย่างดี
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเพชรและอัญมณี
- ทำงานจันทร์-เสาร์ ทำงาน 08.00-17.00 น. ( 2 เสาร์ คือ ค่าล่วงเวลา )
- ฟัง พูด เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษ ระดับดี
- ถ้าพูดจีนได้ จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
