Job Descriptions
-Manage incoming inspection team to achieve target and serve production on time
-Nonconforming segregation control and work with supplier for root cause and improvement
-Identify top list of supplier included top defects to review with supervisor by monthly
-Understand and optimization laboratory testing lab in term of capacity and productivity
-Understand customer testing and inspection standards
-Manage random inspection schedule with logically and work with inspection team for finish goods
-Summary finish goods final inspection report to work with related team to find the action for improvement
-Summary information and report out to supervisor
-Data support and containment activity for any issues
-Internal and external audit support included action plan
Qualifications
- Garment / Fabric experienced
- Quality mind-set
- At least moderate level in Microsoft office, Outlook and Zoom
- Motivation, Logical Thinking, Problem Solving and management skill
- Able to communicate in English
