Job Overview: The Accounting Supervisor will play a key role in the finance and accounting team, overseeing the full spectrum of accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Treasury functions. This position ensures that all financial operations align with the company’s goals and statutory regulations in Thailand. The Accounting Supervisor will report directly to the Head Quater in Korea and MD in Thailand, work closely with other departments to maintain accounting and financial accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Overseeing the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Supervising the accounting team in day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. • Managing all tax reporting, including corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, and others as applicable. • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for the aspects of the financial reporting, tax filing as well as reviewing the profit tax return and computation. • Overseeing cash flow management and ensuring the availability of funds for operational needs. • Follow up and evaluate the performance of subordinates/Improve and develop the work system to be more efficient and effective/advising and solving accounting and tax questions with subordinates and other departments. • Perform regular inventory counts, ensure accurate record keeping, manage account reconciliations and analyze key financial indicators such as unusual expenses, stagnant inventory and past due receivables. • Managing the team's tasks to complete with the commitment and develop the team members’ skills. • Able to analyze and suggest proper accounting methods, policies, principles, and tools. • Coaching and Supervise the Accounting team. • Handle any ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Treasury functions, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and treasury.
Experience in the dental medical or implants industry is highly preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English
Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, positive teamwork attitude and work attitude;
Excellent Knowledge of ERP system will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
