Job Descriptions
1.Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. 2.Manage and optimize online sales platforms (e.g., website, social media, marketplaces). 3.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. 4.Provide exceptional customer service and support through online channels. 5.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for order fulfillment. 6.Identify and engage potential customers through various online channels, including email, social media, and e-commerce platforms. 7.Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 8.Monitor and analyze online sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. 9.Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional campaigns that drive traffic and conversions. 10.Provide exceptional customer service and support through online channels. 11.Maintain product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. 12.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in online sales, customer service, e-commerce, or digital marketing or a related area (2-3 years preferred).
  3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  5. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data , customer insights and experience in data analysis and reporting.
  6. Ability to work independently collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  8. Familiarity with SEO and content marketing is a plus.
