VMWare and VM Server Management: • Install, configure, and manage VMWare infrastructure. • Monitor virtual machine performance and ensure optimal resource allocation. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtual environments. Microsoft Azure Administration: • Manage and maintain Azure cloud services. • Implement and monitor Azure-based solutions. • Ensure proper security and compliance within the Azure environment. Server Patching and Maintenance: • Schedule and apply patches and updates to servers. • Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure system security and performance. • Monitor and resolve issues related to server patching. Active Directory Management: • Maintain and manage Active Directory infrastructure. • Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions. • Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues. Backup Monitoring and Management: • Monitor and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability. • Perform regular backup tests and disaster recovery drills. • Resolve backup failures and optimize backup processes. Server Capacity Monitoring: • Monitor server performance and capacity. • Plan and execute capacity upgrades as needed. • Optimize server resource utilization to prevent bottlenecks. Microsoft 365 Administration: • Manage and maintain MS365 services and applications. • Provide support for MS365 user issues and configuration. • Ensure proper security and compliance within the MS365 environment. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Cyber Security Operations: • Implement and manage MDE for endpoint protection. • Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts. • Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability scans. • Develop and implement security policies and procedures. User Support: • Provide day-to-day technical support to users. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. • Assist with IT-related inquiries and provide training as needed.
