Job Descriptions
Responsibilities 1. Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming customer inquiries and assist in a professional and friendly manner. Initiate outbound calls to promote and sell beauty products to potential customers. 2. Sales: Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Drive sales by recommending and upselling beauty products. Promote ongoing promotions to encourage customer engagement. 3. Order Management: Assist customers in placing orders for beauty products. Accurately enter and update customer orders in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. 4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history. 5. Work Schedule: Follow a 7-hour work schedule per day (not working on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). 6. Compensation: Fixed Salary: 15,000 THB per month. Bonus: Additional 5,000 THB per month based on performance. Total Monthly Salary: 20,000 THB. Benefits Remote work Career growth Training and couching Regular 1to1 meeting Great team
Qualifications
  1. Excellent communication skills.
  2. Sales-oriented mindset.
  3. Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time.
  4. Able to use CRM systems.
  5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  6. English proficiency at level B-2 ( for interwiev and sometimes for general meetings)
  7. Leading internet and headset
