Responsibilities
- Organization and control of the work of the team of operators
- Team management
- Recruitment - 1 manager per month
- Training and development of operators
- Сontrol of qualitative and quantitative indicators of operators (listening to conversations, working with reports);
- Achievement of the sales plan
- Motivation of employees
- Work with reports
- Analysis of key performance indicators
Working conditions
- Full-time job
- Hybrid work (3 days of work in the office, 2 days of work from home)
- Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are days off
- Work experience in an international company
- Fixed part: 30,000 THB, Bonus part: 10,000 THB
Qualifications
- Experience as a Contact Center Supervisor (or Sales Supervisor) for 1 year
- Sales skills
- Team management skills
- Hiring skills
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
