Job Descriptions
1.Responsible for the operation and daily management of the shop;
2.According to the shop operation plan, make the annual and monthly sales targets, make marketing plan and promotions, to cover all the designated locations, maintain relationship with crucial customers ;
3.Maintain relationships with brand owner, follow up with inventory management, logistic and brand shop standard requirements;
4.Follow up with training program from brand owner;
5.Competitors and marketing awareness;
6. Cost control;
7.Reporting to manager in charge.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality
- Can use english to communicate about work
- Have experience in selling cars, motors at least for fiveyears
- Have experience in team leader at least for two years
- Good communication and motivation skills
