Job Descriptions

• Take care of making department plan and troubleshoot molding process • Follow up Mold repairing and Modify actual to comply with planed. • Summarize working report to Japanese manager and find the best solution in order to achieve the target. • Project Lead, Improvement & KAIZEN for production, quality, process, and maintenance. • Analysis and determine solution Mold trouble with related department. • Manage all management systems in Mold Department to maximize efficiency • Mold reparation technical and Mold process technical Management. • Coordinate with related department to reduce problem machine breakdown which caused from Mold trouble. • Manpower Control, Budget Control, Training, Operation Management. • Other tasks as assigned by Management Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Amata City Chonburi Industrial Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat: Every Other Saturday)

Qualifications

Age 30-39 years
Male only
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years’ experience as Maintenance of Metal press mold progressive die
At least 3-year experience of "surface grinder" or "wire cut" machining tool
Conversational low to middle level of English
Not job hopper, at least 3 years’ experience in same company
Design experience of progressive die mold is preferable.
Work in Japanese Automobile company is preferable.
Any Japanese language skills is preferable.
