Job Descriptions

1. Supervise subordinates to ensure that the duties & assignments carried out meet or exceed the expectations. 2. Problem analysis and solving, quality issue report to top management and take corrective actions. 3. Manage a team responsible for the new project and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment. 4. Supervise the operation of the department. Including the accuracy of the document system. 5. Follow up KPI to achieve company target.

Qualifications

Male, fluent in Thai and Chinese (4skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing) which can be used as working languages. Can speak English is more consider.
Age 27-35 years old
Bachelor degree in industrial engineer, Mechanical engineer or relate field
Need experience in Process Engineer and Manufacturing. (5-7 years up) / management skill 2-3 years up
Strong problem-solving skills. / Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
Have experience in solar power is priority
Good knowledge in ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001
Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
Strong leadership.
