Job Descriptions
Equipment Engineer Responsibilities : 1. Equipment operation and maintenance: formulate and implement equipment maintenance plan, daily inspection, timely handle faults, manage wearing parts, and ensure stable operation of equipment. 2. Optimization and upgrading: improve equipment according to production needs, participate in the selection, installation and acceptance of new equipment, and promote automation transformation. 3. Technical support: provide technical guidance for operators and organize equipment operation and safety training. 4. Safety guarantee: formulate safety regulations, investigate and rectify hidden dangers, and deal with safety accidents. 5. Factory docking: after the equipment enters the site, be responsible for on-site progress tracking and 5S management, coordinate on-site resources and technical requirements docking and confirmation.
Qualifications
  1. Graduated from colleges and universities with bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electrical, automation and other related fields.
  2. At least 2 years of equipment engineer experience, industry related experience is preferred.
  3. master mechanical and electrical knowledge, proficient in fault diagnosis and maintenance, familiar with PLC programming, automation system debugging is better, can use CAD and other drawing software.
  4. Strong sense of responsibility, good at communication and cooperation, able to resist pressure, good learning and innovation ability, excellent problem solving ability.
  5. Serious and responsible work, strong communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Good communication skills in Chinese or English.
