Job Descriptions

*Consider only English Resume Version 1. Plan and organize production workflow for one or multiple products 2. Review and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay 3. Estimate project needs of manpower٫ equipment and raw materials 4. Set goals٫ tasks and priorities for workers and other staff 5. Set shifts according to production needs Supervise production activities to ensure they will finish on time and within budget 6. Detect and resolve issues when they arise Collect output information٫ including number of finished products٫ percentage of defectives and so on 7. Create status and performance reports and present them to managers 8. Manage the project paperwork 9. Work together with quality control٫ warehouse and other staff

Qualifications

Hold an associate degree or higher, with at least two years of experience in production planning, and be familiar with production planning and material control processes;
Proficient in using ERP systems, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills;
Possess good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure;
Have good communication skills in Chinese or English.
