Job Descriptions1.Develop annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment plans for Thailand factories based on staffing and business development needs, and select reasonable recruitment channels to meet the company’s talent needs;
2.Responsible for coordinating and implementing personnel recruitment, interviews, and employment, planning and implementing project-based recruitment (campus recruitment, special recruitment, etc.), and keeping corresponding accounts;
3.Responsible for formulating various recruitment and employment management systems, processes and related forms to improve the recruitment process and system
4.Coordinate, communicate and coordinate matters related to the transportation of employees through various channels (not limited to intermediaries), and monitor the abnormalities of each labor employee;
5.Establish corporate talent selection plans and talent reserve databases, and reserve various types of talent resources
6.Handle employee benefits (holiday benefits, social security payments, work-related injury handling, etc.)
7.Responsible for the onboarding, job transfer, transfer, resignation, etc. of new employees and related system data maintenance;
8.Assist in completing other related tasks assigned by the company's leaders, and cooperate with the work of other modules.
