Job Descriptions
- Prepares and analyzes financial budgets/projections and monthly reforecasts, ensuring alignment with dynamic business strategy. - Performs reinsurance bordereau and prepares reports. - Prepares monthly reconciliations of actual vs budget, achieving budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. - Ensures quality control over financial transactions and reporting, securing financial flow. - Provides management with vital information for decision-making processes. - Prepares management and financial reports. - Keeps job data, statistics, and allocates costs to other entities. - Implements second-level control of financial statements. - Prepares transactions for invoicing/recharges and internal billing. - Manages relationships with insurance/reinsurance partners and investors. - Prepares necessary documents/information to support investors, auditors, revenue departments, or other parties such as venture capital companies. - Handles other assignments as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance functions or at least 3 years with an audit firm.
  3. Good command of English or Chinese
  4. Proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Office, Excel.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills including communication, proactiveness, flexibility, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
  6. Ability to work independently and possess analytical skills.
  7. Must be organized, capable of multitasking, and handling ad hoc projects efficiently.
  8. Preferred PWC or KPMG or EY or Deloitte Company experience.
