Job Descriptions
1)Plan construction activities and ensure compliance with standards
2)Coordinate with teams and departments to ensure project success
3)Inspect work quality and maintain construction safety standards
4)Report site progress and issues to the project manager
5)Record and report project progress to management
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in construction supervision
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- Knowledge of structural work and safety practices
- Ability to read construction drawings and solve on-site issues
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
