Job Descriptions

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase company revenue. Analyze market trends and customer needs to offer relevant products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. Work closely with marketing to design and implement the organization’s sales strategy Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts. Working with other areas of the business to develop marketing materials and marketing opportunities. Understanding the market and trends within it. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet established targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization, including executives and C-level personnel.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
Demonstrated ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
Proven capability to position products effectively against competitors.
Knowledge and understanding of the industry market.
Experience in technology or software sales is a plus.
