Pokémon Trading Card Game Arts & Learning Gallery: • Manage and report Pokémon Gym Events, Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) teaching sessions. • Coordinate product sales related to the gallery, ensuring smooth operations in collaboration with shop staff. mangoSTEEMS Arts & Learning Center: Oversee and report on sales and stock control of 'Timeless Arts' (on-demand poster printing featuring Japanese Anime/Manga artwork) and other merchandise. Work closely with the shop team to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels. General Duties: Monitor and report on merchandise performance, providing sales and stock reports to management. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and events. • Ensure that merchandising standards are maintained in both shops. • Manage relationships with suppliers and partners for merchandise production.

Qualifications

Bachelor ' s degree
Male / Female
2 Years experience
Experience in retail, merchandising, or shop management (experience in character IP or anime merchandise is a plus).
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with shop staff and management.
Good communication skills in both English.
Passion for Japanese culture, anime, or gaming is highly desirable.
Able to work 6 days a week, holidays are not on Saturdays or Sundays.
