Job Descriptions
1.Investigate and troubleshoot plant/process problem 2.Cost reduction for production process 3.Control of Grinding process to work effective 4.To train technician according to Work instruction and job description 5.Control the KPI of department in order to achieve target. 6.Participate in Quality system i.e IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 and others 7.Others assigned by superior 8. Able to do planning about machine arrangement based on input-output required. 9. Control manpower to work as per target. 10. Improve process/productivity on automation enhancement.
Qualifications
  1. Male only 28 years up
  2. Bachelor Degree in an engineering field
  3. Must have experience in CNC machine
  4. Must have experience in grinding machine
  5. Can working and solve problem of grinding machine
  6. Have the ability to read and write drawing.
  7. Knowledge of quality management system of ISO 9001, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO14001:2015
  8. Having good skills of development, technical support and troubleshooting
  9. Computer literacy especially in Microsoft office , e-mail and internet.
