Job DescriptionsTo constantly communicate, liaise and feedback directly with client and/or sales person for details and updates on accommodations, set up, food & beverage, signage, concerns, issues or any other critical information necessary for internal preparation before event days.
To maintaining a good working relationship with clients
To conduct planning meetings and ensure all parties understand the information, details and set up requirements
Do final checks before the arrival of clients- contractors for set up and preparations, during set up and at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets requirements of client
Monitor and oversee events from preparation and set-up through teardown to ensure adherence to planned set up, compliance with regulations, resolution of issues, and overall satisfaction of guests and clients
Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff and clients
Anticipating and planning for different scenarios
Issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner as stated in the Confirmation Letter
Perform post-event tasks promptly such as generating relevant reports and closing the project file
Ensure all data entries into the Operating System Software is timely, correct and accurate
To assist other events personel during large events and functions
