Job Descriptions
•Responsible for Pre-Sales part at local market
•Responsible for Wireless network equipment maintenance
•Support customer to deal with equipment operation, service configuration, and solve equipment technical problem
•Discuss equipment technical issue solutions with customer
•Wireless network technical problem troubleshooting
•Wireless network configuration management.
•Responsible for technical level customer
relationship
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Telecommunications or related field
- 0 - 2 years of RF working experience
- Familiar with UMTS, LTE and 5G principles
- Possess skill in any of the following RAN product: (BSC/RNC and NodeB/eNodeB)
- Good in English language and writing skills
