Job Descriptions

1.Research and develop new products, improve quality of product to meet the needs of customers and markets. - New Product and process design - New product planning and market reserach - Current Product design changes - Evaluation of alternative materials for cost reduction/discontinuance - Sales support for the introduction of products into the market 2.Production support for new products (transfer to production section) 3.Cooperate with production department (chemical production section) and production department (QC section) for trial production new products. 4.Prepare research and development related reports. 5.Creating and control of product specifications, user's manuals and technical documentation 6.Manage the progress of R&D themes and report to the supervisor 7.Daily management of equipment, facilities, and supplies for which he is responsible. 8.Other jobs as assigned by supervisory Working day: Mon – Fri 8.30-17.30 Compensation & Benefit: - Social Security - Provident Fund - Diligence Allowance - Meal Allowance - Gasoline Allowance - Commission - Bonus - Uniform - Company Trip

Qualifications

Female / Male 27-35 years old
Bachelor in Chemical Science ,Chemical Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and other related job scope
Job experiences in R&D at least 5 years
Can communicate in English or Japanese will special considering
Enable to use microsoft word/excel
Good analytical and interpersonal skill
