- Day-to-day responsibility and manage all Finance and accounting activities and ensuring all those activities comply with company policy.
- Oversee and review all balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare finance report – Cash Flow, Financial Statement, P&L, Month end report, Financial Status Analysis and schedules etc.
- Prepare Annual Budget with monthly update for actual cost
- Prepare year-end / audit papers and also support all relevant internal areas including accounting policies and procedures.
- In-depth understanding of cash management, AP, AR, bank/account reconciliation, Fixed assets, GL and financial reporting and in charge of whole team concerning accounting & Finance matters and problem solving.
- Monitor and checker accounts payable (AP) documentation including all payments to suppliers and staff.
- Monitor and checker accounts receivable (AR) documentation including invoice and receipt.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures: recommend and implement process improvements Monitor Capex sheet.
- Ensure all appropriate risk management documentation is in place and relevant controls.
- Team leadership: guide and coach team member support COO & CEO in all assigned jobs as requested.
