Job Descriptions

- Budgeting and controlling Institution Sales Channel team(ISB) to achieve the company’s target - Leading and Developing ISB sales team and working process to be in line with company ‘s direction - Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve ISB sales volume, revenue and profitability goals. - Developing annual sales forecasts and prepare monthly analyses and reports that monitor and analyze sales activity and market trends. - Maintaining, monitoring, and regularly evaluating pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.

Qualifications

At least bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in Institution Sales Channel or HORECA channel (B2B) and 3 years in management level of consumer Products Company.
Good in analytical, negotiation, presentation and people management skill
Winning attitude and excellent commitment.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Fluently in reading, writing and speaking in English
