Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: • Formulate strategies for the market approach within an allocated strategic business area and be responsible for implementation • Lead sales team to achieve sales and profitability target set to increase market share /sales in Thailand through maintain and enhance existing business and develop new business/ new application, retain existing customer and expand more customers, strong market knowledge product knowledge and customer knowledge. • Build up strong relationship with suppliers and key customers to maintain and increasing sales • Be responsible for reports eg. Monthly Operating Report (MOR) Supplier Marketing plan, Supplier Business review, Annual Sales Budget including overall strategic planning as well as key accounts business plans • Improve working capital management (inventory, account receivable, account payable) so as to increase company profitability

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master's Degree in Food Science or related field.
At least 5 years experience in food ingredient business or food functional; Bakery, Ice-cream or snack & confectionery products
Experienced in technical sales or marketing would be an advantage
Strong Product & Market knowledge within food industry
Good Analytical and Data management skills
Good presentation, English communication & interpersonal skill
Open minded, pro active and innovative
