· Lead the implementation of ERP systems for clients, ensuring efficient deployment and integration. · Conduct thorough requirement gathering to understand and document customer needs and specifications. · Compile and organize necessary data to configure the ERP system according to client requirements. · Collaborate effectively with various client departments to facilitate seamless teamwork throughout the project lifecycle. · Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clarity and completeness. · Design and optimize process workflows to enhance operational efficiency. · Create detailed user manuals to guide system usage. · Provide training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system. · Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of system-related issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in ERP system implementation.
Strong knowledge of computer systems and their applications.
Excellent analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
A positive attitude toward customer service and client support.
Ability to work collaboratively within large teams and manage pressure effectively.
Possession of a personal vehicle and the ability to use it for work-related travel.
