Job Descriptions

- Conduct site investigations, prepare for machine installations, and execute installations, repairs, modifications, software upgrades, and general servicing, including preventive maintenance, in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner. - Provide comprehensive training to key operators, ensuring the correct and efficient use of digital printing machines. - Complete detailed and accurate service reports after each job, providing necessary feedback and ensuring all information is recorded correctly and on time. - Escalate unresolved issues according to predefined escalation procedures to ensure prompt resolution. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital printing equipment, troubleshooting methods, and repair processes.

Qualifications

Age: 22 - 30 years.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Previous experience in the digital printing industry is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Possession of a personal vehicle and the ability to use it for work-related travel.
