Job DescriptionsRole Overview
• HSOT production planning and production rough cut capacity requirement.
• Coordination with SCM Demand Planning and Customer Service teams of customers’ requirements Make to Stock (MTS) purposes.
• Monitoring the production output match with matches SCM Planning expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure work follows the standards procedures of production planning Work Instructions (WI)
• Plan & schedule production of response product & issues Work Orders to production base on customers’priority and stock requirements plan
• Coordinating production operations in accordance with materials availibility, priority & production capacity.
•Daily monitoring production result and take action if required
•Monitor WIP to ensure they will finish within the agreed lead time.
• Analyze back orders and coordinate with Customer Service, Demand Planning,Site PD, ME or QA team for resolving back order issues which impact to planning and shipment.
• Timely report of the loading plan,result and output for the response product to manager and related CS, demand planning team and identify the issue incase output is lower than expectation or products not release according to agreed lead time.
• Maintain common files and timely update data into planning systems
• Manage inventory of Finished Goods to be align with customer sales order and with company policy.
• Promptly addressing and resolving production issue when they arise to minimize delay.
• Determine the production plan to meet with raw materials available on hand to avoid non-moving work in process.
• Monitor production output to identify the accuracy of material usage & coordinate with procurement for the material order and provide support if material requirements plan in monthly / daily is needed
