Job Descriptions

ONLY ENGLISH RESUME will be considered. Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Monthly Closing Supervise GL, Costing, Fixed Assets, and Taxation processes. Ensure monthly closing and annual financial statements align with TFRS standards and government schedules. Review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports, providing insights into key business drivers and trends. Cost Accounting & Analytical Support Manage costing activities to ensure accuracy and timely reporting. Analyze cost variances and identify areas for operational cost reduction. Tax Compliance & Audit Coordination Oversee tax return submissions (e.g., PND50/51, PP30) and ensure compliance without penalties. Coordinate internal and external audits and secure approvals for audited financial statements. Team Leadership & Problem Solving Contribute as a part of the leader in the account team, ensuring account practice alignment and with corporate strategy and accounting schedule. Provide guidance related to Accounting and Financial good practice to cross-function department to resolve issues during monthly and annual closings. Process Improvement & Software Implementation Assist with the implementation of new accounting software and modules (Microsoft Dynamic Navision BC). Drive process standardization to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ad-hoc Support & Reporting Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and ensure all management and government reports are submitted on time

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
็Have member license of the Accounting Professional Council and CPD training and able to sign as Accountant on Financial Statement report.
10+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on GL, Costing, and Taxation, preferably in manufacturing or import-export sectors.
Experienced in prepare and close annual financial statements and provide notes to the budget.
Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards (TFRS) and Tax regulations & benefit.
Experience with accounting software and system implementation (Navision is a plus).
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
Good command in English (writing & speaking); a TOEIC score is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong leadership skills to manage and develop teams effectively.
Hands-on, can-do attitude with a focus on results and process efficiency.
Able to work alternate Saturdays as per company calendar.
