Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:  Identify and Define Business Problems: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and develop data-driven solutions.  Data Preparation, Analysis, and Modeling (AI, ML, and GenAI): Conduct data cleaning, validation, and preparation. Apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI techniques to model data and extract actionable insights.  Communicate Insights and Recommendations: Effectively present analytical findings and recommendations to drive informed decision-making and business outcomes.  Instructor Role: Serve as a trainer or teaching assistant (TA) to share knowledge and build data science capabilities within the team.
Qualifications
  1. Passion for Data and Analytics: Strong enthusiasm for discovering patterns and insights from complex datasets.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences and collaborate effectively within a team.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Experience with statistical software and programming languages such as Python, and hands-on experience with machine learning (ML) and generative AI (GenAI) modeling.
  4. Analytical Expertise: Solid understanding of statistical concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools.
  5. Business Acumen: Knowledge of fundamental business concepts and the ability to apply data insights to align with strategic objectives.
  6. Practical Experience: Familiarity with key data science applications, including customer segmentation, product recommendation, predictive analytics (e.g., churn prediction), document analysis, and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities.
  7. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  8. Eagerness to Learn: Openness to continuous learning and adapting to new tools and techniques in the fast-paced field of data science.
  9. Inclusive of Fresh Graduates: Fresh graduates with a robust foundation in data science and analytics are encouraged to apply
