Job Descriptions
1. กำหนดกลยุทธ์ นโยบาย และเป้าหมายของกลุ่มงาน
2. กำหนดแผนงาน ขั้นตอน และวิธีการทำงานของกลุ่มงาน
3. จัดหา และควบคุมการใช้ทรัพยากรของกลุ่มงาน
4. วางแผนลำดับการทำงาน
5. ตรวจสอบวิธีแก้และขั้นตอนการทำงาน
6. ทวนสอบประสิทธิภาพ
7. ควบคุมการทำงานของกลุ่มงาน
8. รายงานผลการทำงานของกลุ่มงาน
9. ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาประสิทธิผลในการทำงานของกลุ่มงาน
10. สามารถปฎิบัติหน้าที่แทนผู้ช่วยหัวหน้าแผนกและพนักงานที่ไม่สามารถมาปฎิบัติงานได้
Qualifications
- อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปวช. - ม.6
- มีประสบการณ์ในด้านงานผลิตและควบคุมคุณภาพ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี - มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้ในระดับดี
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
