Job Descriptions
1.Source and place daily purchase orders with suppliers.
2.Ensure timely order processing and monitor cost.
3.Delivering a weekly purchase order report to Purchasing manager.
4.Communicate with operations team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any missing products.
5.Coordinate with accounting team for suppliers payout.
Qualifications
- อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาธุรกิจ บัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านจัดซื้อหรือนำเข้าอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านการสั่งซื้อสินค้า นำเข้าสินค้า มีความชำนาญด้าน Excel อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ระดับพอใช้ Chinese is a plus
- มีความยืดหยุ่น อดทน ละเอียดรอบคอบ ควบคุมอารมณ์ได้ดี และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
