Job Descriptions
JOB DESCRIPTION : ONLY ENGLISH CV WILL BE CONSIDERED
- Account Receivable officer to support the USA HQ office
- Record bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and software
- Posting financial transactions in databases
- Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
- Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
- Interacting with local and HQ management, and customers
-Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company
- Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in similar role
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge of Oracle database is an advantage
- Good computer skills including Excel spreadsheet
- Math skills
- Teamwork skills
- Attention to detail
