Job Descriptions

1. Windows Server Management: - Plan, deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments. - Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. - Implement security best practices and patches. 2. Active Directory Administration: - Design, implement, and manage Active Directory services. - Create and maintain user accounts, security groups, and group policies. - Troubleshoot AD-related problems and ensure a secure directory structure. 3. Azure Cloud Integration and management: - Collaborate with the cloud team to manage infrastructure with Azure services. - Manage and support AD and Azure Virtual Machines to support hybrid cloud solutions. - Monitor and optimize Azure resources for cost-efficiency. - Understanding or experiencing with DevOps or DevSecOps will be advantage. 4. Networking: - Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. - Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. - Implement VLANs, subnets, and basic network segmentation. 5. Infrastructure Automation: - Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks. - Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles for server provisioning and configuration management. 6. Security and Compliance: - Implement security measures to protect systems and data. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. - Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. 7. Backup and Disaster Recovery: - Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans. - Test and validate recovery procedures to minimize downtime. 8. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: - Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations and processes. - Share knowledge and provide mentorship to junior team members. 9. Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operation and project goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in managing basic infrastructure, Networks, Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
Having foundation of understanding Cloud Computing and services (preferred Azure).
Basic networking skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation. (Optional)
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSE) are a plus. (Optional)
Able to communicate effectively in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening)
