Job Descriptions
1.Source and select suitable suppliers to meet the company's requirements.
2.Negotiate prices and purchase terms with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality.
3.Review and evaluate supplier performance to maintain quality in procurement.
4.Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
5.Coordinate with various departments to align procurement activities with organizational needs.
6.Prepare and maintain purchasing documents and reports.
Improve purchasing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
7.Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Qualifications
- Male/Female
- Age 20-45 Years.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to communicate in English
- Good relationship and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
