Job Descriptions
Organize training and be a trainer for business partners (Dealers) and store sales staff (PC). Organize training plans to support the company's product sales plans according to the Training Road Map to meet the specified standards as well as following up on training results. Responsibilities: 1.Training product to dealers. Design training programs for various technical and soft skills, considering different learning styles. Keep training materials updated and relevant to current needs. 2.Translate training materials from English to Thai. 3.Visit stores and find opportunity to improve sell out. 4.Support live streaming. Facilitate training sessions using various instructional methods, including workshops, on-the-job training. 5.Work closely with other departments to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  2. Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field.
  3. Understand training and development process and assessment process.
  4. Have good Thai and English communication skills.
  5. Be able to coordinate.
  6. Be creative.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Canvas and other relevant software.
