Job Descriptions

Manage, supervise, and develop the Presales department. Supports the sales team and leads the technical aspect of the selling process including the developing and conducting of professional product presentations and demonstrations to meet the customer's expectations and budget requirements. Duties: • Supervise and allocate work to subordinates • Assess the knowledge and abilities of subordinates to provide appropriate training courses. • Receive requirements from customers in order to find products and services that meet their needs and within the specified budgets. • Prepare a bill of material for the sales department to use in making a quotation for the customer. • Prepare a proposal and presentation documents to present products and services to customers. • Stay updated on products or competitor trends

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ IT or other related field.
Minimum least 8-10 years of experience in pre-sales
Experience in Data Analytic / Software Development / ITSM / IT Risk or Audit Software Management / IoT
Strong in Leadership, Selling and People Management skills.
Driving for Results.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Ability to communicate at all levels of management and staff, internally and externally is critical.
Interested in pursuing knowledge in new products, services and technology.
