Job Descriptions1.Ensure that all bar policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and trainings are followed and completed in timely basis, supporting the General Manager.
2.Create an environment in the bar that is warm, welcoming, and filled with positivity for guests and employees.
3.Champion service, food and beverage knowledge through company training materials and outlines.
4.Responsible to develop drink menus (ALC, seasonal, specials), within guidelines from Pilgrim.
5.Responsible to monitor the beverage menu engineering, understanding which drinks need to be replaced.
6.Responsible to monitor effective goals and measurements for the bar team.
7.Responsible for checking weekly bar cleaning standards by audits.
8.Manage Company Health and Safety Policies and ensure your areas comply with them.
